Our practice is always relational and responsive.
We do not offer a canned, programatic approach to the challenges faced by our international friends in leadership. We "come alongside," we think together, we seek solutions together, the outcome fits ... fits the culture, the circumstances the leader.
Invitation.
Often we respond to an invitation, or introduction by friends, domestic or international. Our purpose is always to be of encouragement to growing leaders at every step of the way, as we come along side.
Assessment, Response, Strategy.
Our response is to
assess the challenges these leaders face and, with them, seek solutions. Based upon that assessment and a sense of God's leading we attempt to determine our potential for unique contribution to the solutions, identify and network those friends who have the capacity to respond, and develop a unique, responsive strategy to assure the effectiveness of the leader we serve.
Mobilization as Mission.
We use this strategy to focus upon our mission. We mobilize gifted, skilled and experienced leaders to address the challenges of a friend we are committed to serve. Often these mobilized leaders participate in the equipping of the challenged leader in order for each of them to become more effective in his/her responsibility.
Relationships Rule.
A primary goal of every A&E Tour is fellowship – a retreat, a time together when friends can walk
together, grow closer in our relationship with the Father, grow closer to one another in Christ … and have a good time.
AND, put the gifts and experience that God has given to work for His Kingdom, and His Challenged Leaders.
