Periodically highly qualified resource people will spend a day with the eLeaders in a “conversation” focused upon the guests knowledge and experience, and the eLeader’s current challenges.

Ron Lush and Franklin Cook meet with a group of
ministry leaders in the Phoenix, Arizona area. The group has met with church leaders, community leaders and pastors with a focus upon benefitting from the guest’s experience and knowledge, and to increase the group’s capacity for ministry leadership. A strong emphasis is upon personal spiritual formation, building committed, long-term relationships - “walking together,” and the enhancement of ministry skills.
