Following is a sampling of the tools available in coaching and consulting, or integrated in the above presentations if needed and appropriate to the context and culture.
Adapted: The spiritual formation, relational formation and organizational effectiveness materials have been adapted and used among government, business, nonprofit and NGO Christian leaders domestically and internationally. This has been presented in coaching and consulting, as well as class and conference settings.
All of the above is highly relational with an emphasis upon serving surrounded by a caring covenant circle of friends who build up and serve others together. Some of the models used are David and Jonathan, Jesus and the 12, and Paul and those who worked, wrote and traveled with him. The vision is that no Christian leader 'walks alone.'
