COME ALONGSIDE
With an introduction we build a relationship. With an invitation, assessment and affirmation we “come alongside.”

AFFIRM
We encourage, strengthen and affirm those leaders whom we find facing significant challenge with minimal resources.

STRATEGY
With the leader and his/her team we develop a culturally sensitive strategy to address the greatest challenges they face.

ENCOURAGE
We always attempt to encourage the leader as he/she serves the needs of the people in the manner of Jesus, to the gory of God.
CONNECT
We go “friending.” We respond to relational connect points, friends who put us in touch with other friends. For GI Relationships Rule.

ASSESS
We Listen. Our rule is 'Ask, Don't Tell ... Until Asked.' With an invitation we visit to look and listen. We call these A&E Tours – Assess and Encourage Tours.

SOLUTIONS
With the leader and his/her team we creatively seek and suggest solutions. We link that leader with resources, including Friends Who Serve.

EQUIP
We teach, coach, consult, and link the skills, experience and leadership resources necessary for missional effectiveness in the future.
