Global Initiatives is committed to serve Christian leadership in any segment of society or culture ... globally. Our focus is on leaders who face significant challenge, who may be in crisis, isolated and under resourced. Our practice is always relational and responsive. It is never a one-size-fits all, programmatic, packaged application. GI is made up of a group of gifted, skilled and experienced Solution Seekers. We "come along side" to seek solutions to the challenges a leader may face, with that leader.

Through our Serve•TEAM and/or with the business leaders who make up Global Initiatives we coach, consult and come alongside; we offer classes, seminars and conferences.
